Newly built to the highest standard, this is a 60 square metre, self contained, one bedroom guest house.
The bedroom can be separated from the lounge or opened up to allow for full appreciation of the incredible mountain view whilst enjoying a morning coffee.
The king bed can be separated into two single beds if needed, and bedding is a warm duvet, 400TC cotton sheets and an electric blanket in winter.
The bathroom has underfloor heating, a large walk-in shower and a heated towel rail and the lodge has a drying room for ski gear.
Lake Wānaka is just five minutes walk away, or cycle for five minutes and arrive at the famous Sticky Forest bike tracks. There are also two mountain bikes (his and hers) available for use.
Wānaka township is a five minute drive, and guests have access to Peninsular Bay’s stunning facilities: a large heated swimming pool in summer, two spa pools heated all year round and a well equipped gymnasium.
Lastly, there is an arrival welcome pack including tea and coffee for all guests. Facilities include a heat pump, unlimited free Wi-Fi, 55″ Smart TV with Netflix, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
If anything else is needed, the owners live next door.
