The house caters for up to 8 people with 4 double bedrooms, and there is an office with a desk and a king single bed but no closet. The house has air conditioning/heat pump in the two living areas and heating in every room.
There are two living rooms, with many seating options and a large smart TV. Gorgeous outdoor table in the sheltered internal courtyard. Large cascading doors to the lake and sliders to a private sheltered courtyard create easy indoor-outdoor living. Walking and bike tracks right at your doorstep, with Sticky Forest located just across the street. Wonderful location to watch warbirds practicing. Watch Treble Cone lights of snow groomers at night from the house or soak in the hot tub at the community centre.
Whole house water filter so the drinking water is delicious and bathing water does not smell like a swimming pool!!! Wanaka water is heavily chlorinated as it comes from the lake.
The 1200 sqm landscaped section is private and quiet even at the busiest of times.

We love sharing our house with others, but we ask that you please keep it clean and tidy for others by putting rubbish in the bins provided and taking excess away with you. All dishes used must be put in the dishwasher and pots and pan must be hand washed. No parties.
