Grow Wānaka is a community garden and food hub supporting regional food resiliency –
They grow nutritious kai for the community, divert food scraps from landfill and use them to build healthy soil, and educate and support passionate gardeners of all levels through workshops and hands-on growing experience.
Join them for their community working bees through the summer:
Saturday mornings, 9.30am-12.00pm (note winter hours are in place from May – 19 September: 10am-12pm)
Check out the Grow Wānaka Facebook Page for changes, updates, and additional opportunities to lend a hand.
*Saturday September 26th: Spring Equinox Kai Celebration, 9.30am – 12pm
