Join Grow Wānaka for their weekend working bees - producing nutritious kai (food) for our community, diverting food waste from landfill, and supporting local food resilience.
19/10/2024 - 28/12/2024

Grow Wānaka is a community garden and food hub supporting regional food resiliency.

They divert food scraps from landfill and use them to build healthy soil and grow nutritious kai (food) with the help of a community of volunteers. They hold regular planting sessions and working bees on Saturday mornings from 9.30am throughout the growing season and have a free food-waste drop-off service for households and individuals.
