The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse source prime grass-fed beef and lamb from a Lake Hawea farmer who is every bit as passionate about quality meat as they are. These fine animals are turned into delicious roasts, chops, steaks, mince and other cuts ready for customers to cook and enjoy.

They are fortunate to have an excellent source of wild, local venison, and a long-standing relationship with an ethical pork farmer who raises prime, free-farmed pigs. Their chicken is sourced from New Zealand’s top chicken supplier.
