Wastebusters is bringing back Loose Threads Social this September, a cosy evening at Verve for anyone looking to mend their clothes and hang out with good people.
Loose Threads is a relaxed night out where you bring your own clothes to mend, meet lovely people, and spend a couple of hours doing something wholesome. Think paint-and-sip or a local knitting club: the same easy, social vibe, just centred around mending.
This isn’t a structured workshop or lesson, it’s simply a friendly, zero-pressure space to settle in and get your mending done. If you get stuck on a tricky patch or seam, wonderful volunteers will be on hand to offer a friendly tip or a bit of support.
Come solo or bring a friend; either way, you’ll be in great company.
